Job Summary
As a Product Specialist for Oracle Financial Cloud, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the implementation and maintenance of Oracle Financial Cloud solutions for clients. Your primary objective will be to ensure the effective utilization of Oracle Financial Cloud to meet the financial management needs of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and configure oracle financial cloud solutions based on client requirements.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for oracle financial cloud applications.
Collaborate with clients to understand their financial processes and provide recommendations for optimizing the use of oracle financial cloud.
Conduct training sessions for end-users on oracle financial cloud applications.
Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure seamless functionality of oracle financial cloud.
Stay updated on the latest features and updates in oracle financial cloud and provide insights on how to leverage them for improved financial management.
Work closely with cross functional teams to integrate oracle financial cloud with other systems and tools.
Skill Requirements
Proficiency in oracle financial cloud modules such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management.
Solid understanding of financial processes and best practices.
Experience in implementing and supporting oracle financial cloud solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues in oracle financial cloud.
Certification in oracle financial cloud is preferred but not mandatory.
