Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their qualified growth.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Report Designer (BIRT).
Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Learning.
Strong capability in designing and developing custom reports and dashboards to support business analytics.
Experience in configuring and customizing applications to meet complex business requirements.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application design and deployment.
Familiarity with integrating various data sources and ensuring data accuracy within reports.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Report Designer (BIRT).
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
