Job Summary
Knowledge of Basic server monitoring- Positive knowledge on ITIL- Knowledge of additional database technologies will be a added advantage.- Be a business partner to customer to understand the business process and needs and Provide service as needed- Candidate must be adaptable in terms of Shifts

Key Responsibilities
Communication skill :-
Can fluently communicate, read and write in English to a minimum standard of C1 ("effective operational proficiency or advanced") or equivalent bases on Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
Maintain effective oral and written communication skills and a customer-focused attitude (e.g., correct, polite, helpful and understanding).




Speak with a neutral accent sufficient to effectively conduct their responsibilities.
are fully trained in the AIDET (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation & Thank you) customer communication protocol.
