Key Responsibilities
Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards In Matlab For Embedded System Development, Ensuring High-Quality Outputs From The Team.
Develop And Cultivate Team Members’ Skills In Matlab And Simulink, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities And Productivity Through Mentorship And Structured Training Programs.




Ensure Process Compliance Within The Assigned Modules And Actively Participate In Technical Discussions And Reviews As A Technical Consultant, Evaluating Feasibility Studies, Technical Alternatives, And Best Practices For Architecture.
Prepare And Submit Detailed Status Reports That Identify Potential Risks And Exposure In Projects, Facilitating Timely Resolutions And Closure Of Escalations.

Skill Requirements
Robust Proficiency In Matlab And Simulink For Modeling And Simulation.
Solid Understanding Of Embedded Systems Development And Relevant Coding Standards.
In-Depth Experience With Process Compliance And Technical Documentation.
Familiarity With Project Management Principles And Risk Management Strategies.

Other Requirements
