Key Responsibilities

Drive Coe (Centre of Excellence) for CV Collections:
Providing insights to the loss recovery team on available information of the financial status and property details of the parties to the agreement from the existing CAM.
Audit and compliance - Updating process and policy as per regulatory. To ensure the process implementation.



Ensure 100% compliance with RBI Fair Practices Code, regulatory norms, audit.
