Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and maintain SystemC/TLM2 models for memory controllers, peripherals, and interconnects to accurately represent hardware behavior and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate SystemC models into system-level design and simulation environments. Analyze and optimize model performance by identifying bottlenecks and ensuring compliance with design specifications. Develop and execute testbenches to validate model functionality, perform debugging, and support system-level verification activities. * Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including model architecture, design specifications, and user guidelines.

SKILLS

Must have




Minimum 3 years of System C development experience and 6+ overall experience. Strong hands-on expertise in SystemC and TLM2.0 modeling. Experience in modeling memory controllers, peripherals, and interconnects for SoC/virtual platform development. Solid understanding of SoC architecture, computer architecture, and system-level simulation concepts. Experience in model validation, debugging, performance optimization, and testbench development. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to create explicit technical documentation.
