Position: Manager -Financial Controller

Location: GIFT City

Remuneration: Commensurate with qualifications and experience (in the pay-scale of Rs.44,900-1,42,400)

Position type: on contract for a period 3 years from the date of joining, extendable based on organisation needs and candidates performance.

Role Objective

The Manager -Financial Controller will be responsible for strengthening financial planning, budgeting, cost management, financial controls, management reporting, and performance monitoring across the organization.

The role will focus on ensuring productive utilization of resources, robust cost control mechanisms, accurate financial analysis, and compliance with applicable accounting and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning, Budgeting & Performance Monitoring
Preparation of annual budgets, operating plans, and long-term financial forecasts.
Monitor budget utilization across departments, conduct variance analysis, and recommend corrective actions to ensure financial discipline.
Develop financial models, projections,



and performance metrics to support strategic planning, infrastructure development, and business initiatives.
Analyze financial and operational performance and provide actionable insights to management.

Cost Management & Profitability Analysis
Develop and maintain cost accounting systems, methodologies, and cost allocation frameworks.
Analyze project costs, operational expenses, utility costs, overheads, and resource utilization to identify cost optimization prospects.
Prepare cost reports, profitability analyses, pricing assessments, tariff evaluations, and cost recovery studies as required.
Support management in enhancing operational efficiency and cost competitiveness.

Financial Control, Governance & Compliance
Establish and monitor internal financial controls, compliance mechanisms, and financial governance frameworks.
Ensure adherence to approved financial policies, delegation
