Role Description The Territory Debt Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Gonda, responsible for overseeing debt recovery and collection activities within the assigned territory. The role involves planning and executing collection strategies, monitoring portfolio performance, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines. The Territory Debt Manager coordinates with field collection teams,



reviews high-risk accounts, and implements corrective actions to minimize delinquency and losses. The role also includes regular reporting, data analysis, and collaboration with branch and regional leadership to improve recovery efficiency and customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong debt management and debt collection skills, with experience handling diverse customer portfolios.
Solid finance knowledge and understanding of lending, risk, and recovery processes.
Excellent analytical skills to interpret portfolio data, identify trends, and design effective collection strategies.
Clear and persuasive communication skills for engaging customers, coordinating with internal teams, and preparing reports.
Proven experience in territory or portfolio management within financial services or banking is preferred.
Ability to work in office in Gonda, manage field teams, and travel within the territory as required.
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, commerce, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting tools; familiarity with collection systems and MIS is beneficial.
