Role Context
A global discrete manufacturing organization is executing a multi-year SAP S/4HANA transformation spanning 600+ RICEFWs, 150+ interfaces across 12+ target systems, 60+ custom Fiori applications, and 11+ operational dashboards currently fragmented across multiple platforms. The program needs a senior lead to consolidate the digital workplace experience onto SAP Build Work Zone — unifying dashboards, Fiori app governance and self-service portals into a cohesive, role-based operational experience.




Key Responsibilities
To architect| design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery
To support as an Subject Matter Expert
To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with recent technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
Ensuring a sufficient pool of skilled specialists in the designated technology, through activities such as conducting interviews, providing training sessions and offering mentorship.
To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
To support competency development with envisioning and articulating propositions – building collaterals/ whitepaper creation, market trend analysis etc.
To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)
