Compensation: 15,000 fixed basic per month + Uncapped Performance & Sales Incentives (No upper limit on earnings) [1]About the Role:

We are looking for a highly driven, entrepreneurial Business Associate to take complete ownership of our investment and insurance practice. You will not just be an assistant; you will manage operations from "pin to plane" and treat the business as your own. This role demands high availability, absolute responsibility, and a strong desire to build a business. In return, you get a solid platform and an aggressive commission structure with unlimited earning potential.Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Operations: Handle everything from basic office admin to complex client onboarding for mutual funds, SIPs,



and insurance policies.
Client & Vendor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, underwriters, and TPAs; resolve queries swiftly.
Business Development: Identify cross-selling opportunities (insurance and investment products) to existing and current clients to maximize your incentives.
High-Ownership Support: Maintain ultimate accountability for daily business continuity and client emergencies.

Requirements:

Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
12 years of experience in the BFSI sector is preferred, but raw hunger and business acumen matter more.
Exceptional communication skills in English and Hindi.
High proficiency in MS Excel and quick adaptation to financial portals (CAMS, KFintech, insurance portals).
Living within a reasonable commuting distance to Churchgate is a major plus. .
