Role Overview

We're looking for a quick, hands-on Prototyper to turn concepts into clickable, testable experiences. You'll live in the space between an idea and a finished product — building interactive flows quickly, so the team can feel, react to, and refine designs before they're built. Speed, craft, and a strong sense of motion matter more than pixel-perfect polish.

Key Responsibilities

– Rapidly build interactive, clickable prototypes from wireframes, sketches, or ideas.

– Design realistic flows, transitions,



and micro-interactions that feel intentional.

– Iterate quickly on feedback from creative directors and designers.

– Translate abstract concepts into tangible, testable experiences.

Most Significant Skills

– Strong prototyping skills in Figma (advanced prototyping, components, variables).

– A good sense of interaction and motion — timing, easing, flow.

– Speed and adaptability; comfortable iterating fast in a short engagement.

– An eye for detail and a feel for what's realistically buildable on web.

Nice to Have

– Experience with a motion tool (After Effects) or tools like ProtoPie / Framer.

– An appreciation for cinema, storytelling, and creative collaboration.
