Job Summary
The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of projects using SharePoint framework and SharePoint. They will be in charge of overseeing the technical aspects of SharePoint projects, ensuring they are delivered successfully and meet the clients' requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the technical aspects of SharePoint projects from inception to completion.
Design and develop solutions using SharePoint framework and SharePoint.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure best practices are followed.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship,



and guidance to junior team members.
Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in SharePoint technologies.

Skill Requirements
Proficiency in SharePoint framework, including SharePoint online and SharePoint on-premises.
Solid experience with SharePoint.
In-depth knowledge of SharePoint development, customization, and configuration.
Ability to design and implement SharePoint solutions based on business requirements.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Other Requirements
Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) certification is preferred but not mandatory required.
