Job Summary
Scope of Responsibilities
• L2/L3 production support for banking platforms
• Incident and Major Incident Management
• End-to-end service health monitoring
• RCA, problem management, and risk remediation support
• Change, release, and service transition support
• Resilience, DR, and regulatory testing support
Technical Skills
Mandatory:
• Enterprise banking application support experience
• UBS Bank-in-a-Box architecture exposure (Digital, Core Banking, Payments) - preferred
• Middleware: IBM MQ, messaging platforms – Support knowledge
• Databases: Oracle / SQL
• OS: Linux / Unix / Windows (Server)
• Monitoring & ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
Experience Requirements
• 4–6+ years in production/application support




• Banking or financial services background preferred
• Regulated workplace exposure desirable
