Role: Telesales Executive / Telecaller – Personal Loans
Industry: Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) / Fintech
Location: Bommanahalli Bengaluru, Karnataka
Experience Range: 0.6 to 3 years of outbound/inbound telesales experience
Shift Type: Day Shift

Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion: Contact pre-qualified or raw marketing leads via outbound calls to pitch personal loan products.
Product Pitching: Explain personal loan features, interest rates, processing fees, tenure options, and eligibility criteria clearly to customers.
Objection Handling: Address customer doubts, compare rates with market standards, and persuade prospects to log in their applications.
Documentation & KYC: Guide clients through digital or physical documentation requirements, income proofs, and basic KYC/credit bureau norms.
CRM Management: Update call statuses, customer feedback, and follow-up schedules accurately in the CRM / dialer software.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/monthly login, approval, and disbursement quotas.
Compliance:



Adhere strictly to internal risk guidelines, RBI regulations, and Do-Not-Call (DNC) registries.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 years handling retail asset products (specifically Personal Loans) in a Bank, NBFC, Fintech, or DSA workplace.
Education: Minimum PUC / 12th pass; Graduation is strongly preferred.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Hindi, plus regional languages heavily utilized in Bengaluru such as Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam.
Soft Skills: High energy, persuasive negotiation abilities, and solid active listening.
Technical Knowledge: Comfortable working with automated dialers, CRM tools, and MS Office basics.

Salary & Compensation Structure
Fixed CTC: ₹1.80 LPA to ₹3.00 LPA (Depending on past experience and current salary)
Incentives: Performance-linked weekly/monthly slab incentives based on loan disbursements (uncapped for high performers)
