We're looking for an experienced Associate Manager – Affiliate Growth to join a rapid-growing performance marketing team.
Key Requirements:
✅ 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing / Performance Marketing
✅ Experience leading an Affiliate Sales or Publisher Acquisition team
✅ Hands-on experience managing CPS, CPL, CPA, CPI & CPC campaigns
✅ Strong network of publishers and affiliate partners
✅ Experience with affiliate tracking platforms like Trackier, Everflow, Has
Offers or similar
✅ Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities: Acquire, onboard, and manage affiliate publishers
Drive publisher growth and campaign performance
Build strong relationships with affiliate partners
Monitor campaign profitability and optimize performance
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution
