Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their banking needs are met efficiently and effectively
Assist clients with account opening, fund transfers, bill payments, and other banking transactions
Proactively identify and address client needs, offering appropriate banking solutions and products
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client experiences




Participate in client acquisition and retention initiatives, contributing to the growth of the consumer banking portfolio
Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and regulations

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the banking or financial services industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds
Proficient in using banking systems and technology to efficiently handle client transactions and inquiries
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve client issues
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and contribute to the achievement of department goals
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of professionalism
