Telecaller

Location: Chennai

Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate interest in our products and services.
Explain our digital marketing services clearly to prospective clients.
Pitch our services and schedule appointments for the Business Development team.
Conduct cold calls and follow up with interested leads.
Maintain accurate call records, client details, and lead information in the system.
Handle client queries professionally and provide the required information.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
Coordinate with the Business Development team for lead conversion and appointment management.
Work towards achieving daily, weekly,



and monthly calling targets.
RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or Customer Handling.
Fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Target-oriented with a proactive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹22,000 + Attractive Incentives
