Job SummaryWe are looking for energetic and result-oriented Relationship Managers with experience in Home Loans (HL) and/or Loan Against Property (LAP). The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the DSA channel, excellent communication skills, and proven field sales experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate business through the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel.
Source and acquire Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, customers, and other business partners.
Achieve assigned sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion.
Guide customers through the loan application process and ensure smooth documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate timely loan processing and disbursement.




Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and channel partners to ensure high service standards.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and lending products.
Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 1 year of experience in Home Loans (HL) and/or Loan Against Property (LAP) sales.
Good knowledge and hands-on experience with the DSA channel.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Field sales experience is mandatory.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Candidate ProfileSelf-motivated and result-oriented professional.
Solid relationship-building and customer-handling skills.
Immediate joiners or candidates serving a notice period of 15 days or less will be preferred.

Compensation: Up to ₹4 LPA (based on experience and interview performance).
