Good communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities
Provide quality nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the concerned doctor.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures.
Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.
Ensure proper infection control and patient safety practices.
Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment and care.
Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for effective patient care.
Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the assigned nursing area.
Follow NABH guidelines and hospital policies.
