Job Title: Event Waiter - Delhi/NCR

We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified Event Waiters to join our dynamic team for various events across Delhi/NCR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. This role requires flexibility, a solid work ethic, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
Set up event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, cutlery, glassware, and decorations according
Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements and menu inquiries.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, adhering to established service standards and presentation guidelines.




Monitor guest needs and anticipate requests, providing proactive service to enhance their experience.
Explicit tables and event areas throughout the event, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Assist with the breakdown of event spaces, including clearing dishes, glassware, and equipment, and preparing for the next event.
Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, ensuring a safe environment for guests and colleagues.
Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, event managers, and other team members to ensure smooth event operations.
Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
