Job SummaryThe Sales Executive is responsible for generating current business opportunities, promoting plastic extrusion machinery, understanding customer manufacturing requirements, preparing techno-commercial offers, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate recent leads through cold calling, industrial visits, exhibitions, digital platforms, and references.
Identify customers in the plastic processing industry, including PVC, HDPE, LDPE, CPVC, and other extrusion segments.
Understand customer production requirements and recommend suitable machinery.
Conduct technical discussions and machine presentations with customers.
Prepare quotations, techno-commercial proposals, and cost calculations.
Follow up regularly with prospects until order closure.
Coordinate with the design, production, and service teams for technical clarifications.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Maintain customer data and update CRM or sales reports.
Visit customer plants for meetings, machine trials,



and order discussions.
Support machine installation planning and maintain customer relationships after delivery.
Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and current opportunities.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
