Qualification
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI
Experience
4–8 years in mechanical assembly, R&D; production, or machine building. Two-wheeler and four-wheeler workshop experience is welcome.
Key Responsibilities
Incoming quality inspection of all parts
Sub-assembly and final assembly
Shop floor line supervision
Operator training
Assembly records and documentation
Technical Skills Required
Engineering fits and tolerances
Fastening and torque control
Mechanical assembly methods
Measuring instruments and metrology
Engineering drawing reading
Basic wiring and connectors
Preferred
Engine or gearbox overhaul · OEM or dealer workshop · 5S · basic computer use
Selection Process
Interview with the team — 30 minutes
Practical test on the shop floor
The practical test will be fully explained on the day. No preparation is required.
