Prior experience in share recovery, IEPF claim consultation, or related unclaimed-asset/financial paperwork advisory domain — mandatory, not preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to convert leads end-to-end: inquiry handling, follow-up, negotiation, and closure.
• Robust verbal and written communication skills; capable of engaging confidently with HNI and NRI clients.
• High personal integrity and skilled conduct — no history of misrepresentation or unethical sales practice.
• Reliable work history: no unexplained employment gaps, no pattern of frequent job changes (job-hoppers will not be shortlisted).
• Self-motivated individual contributor, comfortable working under a KPI/KRA-driven, target-based structure
