HR Operations Manager / Sr. Manager

Job Overview

Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations, ensuring productive execution of employee lifecycle processes, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, HRIS administration, policy implementation, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee payroll, leave, attendance, employee perks, and full & final settlements.Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Gratuity, POSH, BOCW, and other labour laws.Maintain employee records, HRIS, and HR documentation.Implement HR policies, SOPs, and process improvements.Coordinate HR audits and ensure compliance documentation.Manage employee insurance, Mediclaim, and vendor coordination.Resolve employee queries related to HR operations.Lead and develop the HR Operations team.Required Qualifications





MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related discipline.12+ years of HR experience with at least 8+ years in HR Operations in the Construction Industry.Solid knowledge of payroll, labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies.Experience with HRIS and Advanced Excel.Key Skills
