Job Summary
Testing Transformation & Innovation Lead / SME to support and drive the enterprise-wide testing transformation agenda. This role will focus on modernizing testing practices, accelerating innovation, improving test maturity, and embedding next-generation solutions such as AI-led testing, automation, and new delivery models across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Support and lead the Testing Transformation roadmap, aligned with enterprise quality and digital transformation goals.
• Drive innovation in testing, including adoption of contemporary frameworks, tools, and methodologies (e.g., AI-assisted testing, shift-left testing).
• Enable standardization of testing frameworks, processes, metrics,



and reporting at an enterprise level.
• Leverage enterprise dashboards, KPIs, and defect trends to drive data-backed quality improvements.

Skill Requirements
Must-Have Skills & Experience
• 12+ years of experience in Quality Engineering / Software Testing within enterprise settings.
• Proven experience supporting or leading testing transformation or modernization initiatives.
• Solid expertise in testing automation strategies, tools, and frameworks.
• Solid understanding of enterprise testing models, test governance, and quality metrics.
• Ability to define and communicate roadmap and value realization.
• Experience/Exposure with AI/GenAI-led testing solutions and innovation use cases.

Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience
• Exposure to DevSecOps, and CI/CD integration.
• Prior experience working in a COE or enterprise transformation program.
• Experience in building or contributing to enterprise QE dashboards and reporting.
