Job Summary
IC JD:
• Key Responsibilities:
• Implement backend components and services in C#/.NET as part of a cloud native architecture.
• Contribute to the migration from BizTalk to Azure-based solutions.
• Ensure code is testable, maintainable, and aligned with architectural standards.
• Collaborate with developers, the Lead Developer, and agile team members in Germany and India.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and sprint planning.
• Continuously improve development practices and contribute to technical discussions.

Required Technical Skills:
• Strong experience in C# / .NET development.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services.
• Experience with MS SQL Server.
• Understanding of Kubernetes and containerized applications.




• Experience with Terraform or willingness to learn.
• Exposure to Kafka or similar messaging systems.
• Familiarity with Git and Visual Studio.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices (Unit/Component testing).
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices.

Collaboration & Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience working in agile teams and distributed environments. Hands-on experience with cooperative workflow tools such as Jira, Confluence and MS Teams.
• Ability to understand and implement technical requirements.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a cross-cultural team setup.
• Experience working with European teams is a solid advantage.

Preferred Experience:
• 5–7 years of qualified experience in software development.
• Experience in cloud-native or migration projects is a plus.
• Exposure to BizTalk is helpful but not required.
