We are hiring Software Tester is responsible for evaluating software applications to ensure they meet quality standards, functional requirements, and user expectations. The role involves planning and executing test cases, identifying and reporting defects, verifying fixes, and collaborating with developers and project teams to deliver reliable, high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities
Review software requirements and technical specifications to understand testing needs.
Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
Perform functional, regression, integration, system, usability, and performance testing as required.
Identify, document, track, and verify software defects using defect management tools.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to resolve issues and improve software quality.
Validate bug fixes and conduct regression testing before software releases.
Prepare and maintain test plans, test cases,



test scripts, and test reports.
Participate in requirement reviews and provide input on testability and quality improvements.
Ensure software complies with quality standards, security requirements, and business objectives.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployment activities when required.
Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and quality assurance practices.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in software testing, quality assurance, or application testing is preferred.
Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC).
Certifications such as ISTQB Foundation Level are an advantage.
