We are hiring Data Scientist is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large and complex datasets to generate actionable insights that support business decision-making. The role involves developing predictive models, applying machine learning techniques, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve business problems using data-driven approaches.

Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
Develop, validate, and deploy machine learning and statistical models.
Design predictive, classification, and forecasting models to support business objectives.
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and feature engineering.
Build and optimize data pipelines for productive data processing.
Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using business intelligence tools.
Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
Evaluate model performance and continuously improve model accuracy and reliability.




Present analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
Ensure data quality, governance, privacy, and compliance with organizational policies.
Stay current with advancements in data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning technologies.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics is preferred.
Relevant certifications in data science, AI, or cloud technologies are an advantage.

Skills and Competencies
Strong proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and machine learning.
Experience with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost.
Strong knowledge of statistics, probability, and predictive modeling.
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, or Seaborn.
