We are hiring Medical Representative is responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products, medical devices, or healthcare solutions to healthcare professionals. The role involves building robust relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and clinics, providing accurate product information, and achieving sales targets while maintaining ethical and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
Promote pharmaceutical products and healthcare solutions to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Conduct regular field visits to healthcare facilities within the assigned territory.
Explain product features, benefits, indications, and clinical evidence to healthcare professionals.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends,



and customer feedback.
Organize and participate in medical conferences, product launches, CMEs, and promotional events.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and territory performance.
Prepare and submit daily call reports, expense reports, and sales forecasts.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical marketing practices.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, Biotechnology, or a related field.
Previous experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales is preferred but may not be required for entry-level positions.
Valid driver's license (if travel is required).
