We are hiring Account Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth by identifying opportunities for additional products or services. The role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Develop account plans to achieve customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals.
Coordinate with sales, operations, finance, and customer support teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports on sales, customer satisfaction, and business opportunities.
Negotiate contracts, pricing,



and service agreements in accordance with company policies.
Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using CRM systems.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, contractual obligations, and industry standards.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
Proven experience in account management, sales, customer relationship management, or business development is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
