We are looking for a dedicated Tamil Voice Process Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer support in the Tamil language. The role involves assisting customers with queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, so strong communication skills and a polite, qualified attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls in Tamil, assisting customers with their queries and concerns.

Provide timely and accurate information to customers.

Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.

Maintain a positive and professional attitude during interactions.

Document customer interactions and update records as required.

Location: Chennai

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: Freshers are welcome

Salary: Above 14k per month
