Job Description

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented candidates for the role of AR Caller in our medical billing process. The role involves interacting with insurance companies to resolve unpaid or denied medical claims, following up on accounts receivable, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments. Candidates should have solid communication skills, analytical ability, and a willingness to work in a target-driven environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on unpaid or denied claims.

Review outstanding claims and take appropriate actions to resolve them.

Update claim status in the billing system accurately.

Identify issues causing claim rejections/denials and escalate when necessary.





Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.

Required Skills:

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Basic knowledge of medical billing/US healthcare process is an advantage.

Ability to work in night shifts (US process).

Proficiency in computer applications and data entry.

Qualification:

Any Graduate / 12th pass with good English communication skills.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Location: Chennai

Pay: Above 18k per month
