Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Receivable Specialist to oversee the accounts receivable process in our healthcare billing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the AR team, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining low denial rates.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage the entire AR follow-up process

Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding claims with insurance companies

Analyze denial trends and provide solutions

Generate AR reports and aging analysis

Lead and mentor a team of AR callers and executives

Ensure targets/KPIs are met for collections

Required Skills:

Solid knowledge of Medical Billing & RCM Process

Hands-on experience in insurance follow-up & denial management

Team handling or leadership experience

Good communication and analytical skills
