Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Medical Billing Executive to join our healthcare revenue cycle management team. The role involves preparing, submitting, and following up on medical claims to insurance companies, ensuring timely reimbursements and accuracy in billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit medical claims to insurance companies and payers.

Verify patient insurance details and eligibility before billing.

Review claims for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with guidelines.

Follow up with insurance providers to track claim status and resolve denials.

Post payments and reconcile accounts with accurate documentation.





Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards.

Collaborate with team members to improve claim acceptance rates and reduce rejections.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of US healthcare billing and RCM processes.

Familiarity with CPT, ICD, and HCPCS coding systems.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work in a target-driven workplace.

Proficiency in medical billing software and MS Office tools.
