Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments.
Follow up with customers and remind them of pending dues.
Negotiate payment plans within company guidelines.
Resolve customer queries related to outstanding payments.
Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and payment commitments.
Update collection status in the system on a daily basis.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
Escalate unresolved or disputed cases to the concerned team.
Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.




Required SkillsGood communication and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to work under pressure.
QualificationMinimum HSC (12th Pass); Graduation preferred.
