Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed construction plans with defined timelines, milestones, and objectivePrepare and manage project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS ProjectCoordinate resource allocation for labour, equipment, and materialConduct risk assessments and maintain a risk registerFacilitate communication among stakeholders and provide regular progress updateLead review meetings and publish dashboards to monitor project healthDrive continuous improvement through performance evaluation and process optimizationEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations
