Industry-Jewellery Retail

Location-

Qualification-Graduate (Any Stream)

Experience:-
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Hospitality, Retail, Aviation, Hotel, or Customer Service Industry.
Experience in a jewellery showroom will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate:-
Female
Age: 25–37 years

Salary-₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)

Key Responsibilities:-
Welcome every customer warmly and professionally as they enter the showroom.
Greet customers with a pleasant smile and create a positive first impression.
Understand the customer's purpose of visit and guide them to the appropriate Sales Executive or department.
Offer refreshments to customers as per showroom standards.




Handle walk-in customer records and maintain visitor logs, if required.
Follow company policies, grooming standards, and showroom etiquette.

Required Skills:-
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (local language is an advantage).
Pleasant personality with a customer-friendly attitude.
Well-groomed, confident, and professionally presentable.
Robust interpersonal and hospitality skills.
Positive body language and excellent etiquette.

Preferred Requirements
Hospitality or luxury retail background preferred.
Experience in handling premium customers is an added advantage.
