Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and order specifications.
Prepare order sheets, BOM (Bill of Materials), and production handover documents.
Source and coordinate fabrics, trims, accessories, embroidery, printing, and branding materials.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of raw materials.
Plan production timelines in coordination with the production department.
Monitor order progress and ensure adherence to delivery schedules.
Coordinate sample development and customer approvals.
Track fabric consumption and minimize wastage.
Maintain order status reports and update customers/sales team regularly.
Coordinate dispatch planning and ensure all customer requirements are fulfilled.
Resolve production and sourcing issues to avoid delivery delays.
Maintain complete documentation for each order.

Require Skills
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Robust planning and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of Fabric & garment manufacturing processes.
Understanding of fabrics, trims, embroidery, printing, and garment construction.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously
