Key Responsibilities
Drive primary and secondary sales through distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve regional business objectives.
Appoint, manage, and strengthen distributor and dealer networks across the assigned territory.
Build strong relationships with electricians, contractors, consultants, retailers, and institutional customers.
Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of Area Sales Managers and Sales Officers.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Execute market development initiatives and brand-building activities.
Analyse market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Conduct regular business reviews and implement action plans for performance improvement.
Ensure effective sales planning, forecasting, and reporting.

Required Experience
8–12 years of experience in Channel Sales within the LV Switchgear, Electrical Products, Wiring Devices, MCB, RCCB, Distribution Boards, or related electrical industry.




Solid experience in handling distributor, dealer, and channel partner networks.
Proven track record of driving regional sales growth and market expansion.
Experience in leading and managing high-performing sales teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Solid network within the electrical trade ecosystem.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and channel management skills.
Experience managing Area Sales Managers, Territory Sales Officers, and distributor networks.
Prior experience as a State Sales Head, Regional Sales Head, or in a similar leadership role is preferred.
Robust analytical, business development, and leadership capabilities.
Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.

Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification (Preferred)
