We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Telesales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell our banking consultancy services. You will be expected to build relationships with clients, identify their needs, and tailor our services to meet those needs.
Responsibilities:
*Conducting outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell our banking consultancy services.
*Building and maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying their needs.
*Providing information and answering questions about our services and products.
*Generating current leads and following up on existing leads.
*Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions.
*Meeting and exceeding sales targets and goals.
*Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Requirements:
*Proficiency in both English and Hindi is essential for effective communication and customer interaction.
*At least 1 year of experience in telesales or a similar role.
*Excellent verbal communication skills and a robust phone presence.
*Solid customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
*Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
*Knowledge of the banking industry and financial services is an added advantage
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Education:
*Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
