We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin & Stores Executive to manage day-to-day administrative activities along with inventory and store operations. The role involves maintaining stock records, procurement, dispatch, and operations.

Key Responsibilities
Store & Inventory Management
Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing materials.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and maintain reports.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials.
Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), issue slips, and stock registers.
Procurement Coordination
Coordinate with vendors for purchase orders and deliveries.
Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely supply.
Maintain vendor records and purchase documentation.
Dispatch & Material Handling
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for material movement.
Ensure correct packaging and dispatch of goods.
Maintain dispatch records and documentation.
Administrative Responsibilities




Handle general office administration tasks.
Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations.
Manage office supplies and utilities.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for audit purposes.
Maintain inventory reports and MIS as required.
Follow company policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1–4 years of experience in stores, inventory, or admin role.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Positive organizational and record-keeping skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience in manufacturing or industrial setting.
Familiarity with ERP/software (Busy) for inventory management.
