Nex Arena is looking for a proactive and energetic Sports Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our sports facilities. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to ensure smooth operations while maximizing customer satisfaction and revenue.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations of badminton courts, box cricket, turf, and other sports facilities.
Coordinate with facility staff, reception executives, housekeeping, and coaches.
Ensure courts and equipment are clean, protected, and well-maintained.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and booking-related issues professionally.
Monitor online and offline bookings and optimize court utilization.
Maintain daily cash collections, billing, expenses, and operational reports.
Coordinate maintenance and repair work with vendors.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
Drive memberships, tournaments, coaching programs, and corporate bookings.
Monitor customer feedback and work towards improving service quality.
Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports for management.

Train staff on SOPs, customer service, and operational processes.
