Responsibilities
Assisting with recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Supporting HR administrative tasks and maintaining employee records.
Helping with onboarding new interns and employees.
Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Utilizing robust communication skills to interact with candidates and internal teams.

Requirements
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proactive and eager to learn about HR functions in a skilled setting.
