As a Field Sales Executive at Tharpure Organic Farms, you will play a critical role in promoting our premium dairy and organic food products across Jaipur. Your primary responsibility will be to visit retail stores, supermarkets, dairy shops, and local markets to introduce and explain our product features and advantages to retailers.

You will be responsible for generating current leads, onboarding new retailers, and building strong relationships with existing ones. Your ability to work independently and achieve sales targets will be crucial to the success of this role.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have a robust passion for sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a good understanding of retail sales and market expansion. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team,



with a strong focus on customer service and relationship management.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in any field and 0–2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the FMCG or dairy industry. You will need to be comfortable with traveling extensively and working in a fast-paced environment.
