Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of POS systems and resolve technical issues. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

You will also be responsible for conducting regular maintenance and repairs on POS machines, maintaining accurate records of service calls and repairs, and collaborating with other team members to achieve our goals.
