We are seeking a skilled POS Machine Repairing Technician to join our team at Innoviti Technology. As a key member of our field support team, you will be responsible for providing on-site service and troubleshooting for our clients' POS systems.

Your primary goal will be to ensure smooth and efficient operations, resolving technical issues and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and maintain accurate records of service calls and technical issues.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong technical troubleshooting and repair skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.



You will also need to have a valid driving license and reliable transportation.

We offer a market-competitive salary package, including a daily allowance of ₹893, PF, ESIC, and a petrol allowance of ₹3,000 to ₹4,000. You will also be eligible for incentives based on your performance.
