What you’ll do…
The guest experience and your team are at the heart of everything you do. Together with the Director of Food & Beverage, you are responsible for creating an exceptional and personalized experience for our guests.
Take ownership of the hotel restaurant, maximizing profitability while ensuring outstanding service and the highest quality of food and beverages.
Support the Associate Director of Food & Beverage in developing, implementing, and managing the department's annual objectives and long-term strategic goals.
Manage operating expenses in line with budget guidelines, analyze performance data, and make a significant contribution to the team's success.
Manage, coach, and develop the team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
Lead by example,



keeping your team motivated and empowered to deliver the best Hoxton experiences while encouraging them to ask questions and grow.
Work closely with the Associate Director of Food & Beverage and The Hoxton brand team to implement recent initiatives and projects.
Drive revenue through effective planning, commercial initiatives, and incentives, while maintaining a solid understanding of the reservation system and guest preferences.
Monitor costs closely and identify effective solutions without compromising quality.
Collaborate closely with the Kitchen team to ensure seamless operations and deliver an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.
