Client:

Our client is a leading brand in mens ethnic wear & luxury shoes having their retail stores at Thane & Santacruz.

Job Summary:

The IMS Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensure timely stock updates in the system, monitoring stock movement & coordinating between the factory, warehouse & retail stores to maintain inventory accuracy & availability.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

· Maintain & update inventory records in the IMS on a real time basis

· Ensure accurate recording of stock receipts, transfers, returns, adjustments & dispatches.

· Monitor inventory levels & highlight shortages, excess stock or slow-moving inventory

· Conduct regular stock audits & physical stock verification

Factory Operations:

· Track movement of materials between production, warehouse & dispatch departments.





· Generate inventory & production related reports as required.

Retail Store Operations:

· Process inter-store transfers & returns.

· Support store teams in maintaining stock accuracy & product availability.

Reporting & Documentation:

· Generate weekly & monthly inventory reports for the management

· Prepare variance reports & recommend corrective actions

The candidate should have 2+ years of relevant experience in handling IMS preferably with a retail store & factory background & the Annual CTC would be between 3 to 4.5 Lakhs depending upon the candidates relevant overall work experience & the candidate residing nearby Thane as well as Santacruz location would be preferred as the opening is for both the locations
