We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable and Payable Specialist to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable and payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in accounts receivable and payable processes. They will be responsible for generating and sharing invoices with clients, tracking incoming payments, and following up on outstanding dues. They will also be responsible for maintaining ageing reports, ensuring timely collections, and reconciling customer accounts.

The candidate will also be responsible for processing vendor invoices, verifying invoices with purchase orders and approvals, and maintaining vendor records. They will also be responsible for tracking due payments, avoiding delays or penalties, and coordinating with vendors for any discrepancies.

In addition, the candidate will be responsible for performing regular bank reconciliations,



matching receipts and payments with bank entries, and identifying and resolving mismatches. They will also be responsible for passing journal entries for AR/AP transactions, maintaining proper documentation and records, and assisting in GST, TDS, and other statutory entries.

The candidate will also be responsible for preparing daily/weekly reports on receivables and payables, and sharing updates on outstanding amounts and payment schedules.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will be detail-oriented and organized, with a passion for finance and a robust background in accounting and finance.
