Key Responsibilities:

Safety Management
Monitor and enforce compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
Conduct regular workplace inspections and safety audits.
Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by employees.
Maintain safety standards in accordance with local regulations and company requirements.

Training & Awareness
Conduct safety induction programs for recent employees and contractors.
Organize toolbox talks, safety meetings, and awareness campaigns.
Provide training on emergency response procedures, fire safety, and protected work practices.
Promote a proactive safety culture among employees.

Incident Investigation
Investigate workplace accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
Prepare incident reports and recommend preventive measures.
Track corrective and preventive actions until closure.
Maintain records of incidents and safety performance metrics.





Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and industry standards.
Maintain safety records, permits, inspection reports, and training documentation.
Assist in preparing safety reports for management and regulatory authorities.
Monitor contractor safety compliance in office.

Emergency Preparedness
Coordinate emergency response plans and evacuation procedures.
Conduct fire drills and emergency mock drills.
Ensure availability and functionality of firefighting and emergency equipment.
Support emergency response activities during incidents.

Site Monitoring
Monitor high-risk activities such as:
Working at heights
Confined space entry
Hot work operations
Electrical work
Lifting and rigging activities
Ensure work permits are properly issued and followed.
